Why parse hoist vibration motor base
Hoist motor base vibration reasons:
(1) rotation of the motor itself is bad, remove the rotor to check static balance.
(2) reducer and motor mounting accuracy is poor, more than specification, readjust.
(3) motor base mounting accuracy is not enough, the level exceeds regulatory requirements, re-adjust.
(4) bad drive sprocket tooth, teeth need to be amended.
(5) sprocket tightness inappropriate, should be adjusted.
(6) the drive sprocket attached to an error, need to re-adjust.
